By 2023, I'd hoped things would look different. There were more women now — maybe five to ten percent. But the questions hadn't moved. That was the moment I decided no woman should be made to feel that way — not in a seminar, not at work, not at home. The problem was never ability, it was access. No one had ever given them a room where questions were welcome and learning was easy.
So I’m building that room.
